Unseren Kunden bieten wir im Rahmen eines Software-Pflege-und Wartungsvertrages kostenlosen Support bei Problemen mit Software-Produkten unseres Unternehmens. Unsere Support-Abteilung ist telefonisch von Montag bis Freitag jeweils von 9.00 bis 12.00 Uhr und von 14.00 bis 17.00 Uhr unter der Rufnummer

Im Download-Bereich finden Sie neben Produkt-Informationen und Animationen durch unsere Software immer die aktuellsten updates zum download.
Test-Versionen unserer Software und limitierte Test-Lizenzen können ebenfalls per E-Mail an support @ vianova-online.de bei uns angefordert werden.
Bitte haben Sie Verständnis dafür, dass wir Support zu allgemeinen Software- oder Hardware-Problemen (z.B. mit Windows Betriebssystemen oder Einstellungen von Druckern) nicht kostenlos anbieten können. Unsere allgemeine Support-Leistung wird aktuell mit 63,00 € pro Stunde berechnet.

Please notice, that Support for Software-Problems not concerning our products (e.g. Windows or Printer) is billed with 63,00 € per hour.
